John Hardy offers complimentary returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition. Each piece of handcrafted jewelry must be returned with its original packaging and security tag intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original suede pouch and gift box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included before sealing the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any previous shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our studio.
